Mohawk Mountain Race

Mohawk Mountain Race, held at Mohawk Mountain Ski Area in Cornwall, CT, is a Steep Endurance trail event offering 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Marathon distances. The course climbs the mountain on Wildwood and Timber Trails, then traverses Pine, Laurel and Deer Run Trails, before a summit return via Mohawk Trail. The Half Marathon distance includes portions of the Mohawk State Forest and is part of the Blue-Blazed Trail Running Series.

It is a cupless race requiring runners to carry their own hydration; aid stations are available, with a post-race reception of pre-packaged food and canned beverages, and BYOB for participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
