About the race
Mistletoe Madness 5k & 10k takes place on December 24 at Bon Air Gardens in Arlington. The event follows Four Mile Run and uses paved trails in the park.

The course is paved with some rolling hills along the Custis Trail. Both the 5k and the 10k are out-and-back routes rather than laps. The 10k course includes three water stations at approximately miles 1.55, 3.1, and 4.65. The 5k has one water station at about mile 1.55. Gatorade will be available at some water stations. Port a johns are located in the park.
Runners receive a finisher’s medal, a technical Drifit event shirt, and chip timing. T shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before December 11; sizes are not guaranteed for race day registrants. Packet pickup is available at the event and race day registration is offered. Live results are posted on Athlinks and a QR code at the race provides immediate access to results. Final results with series points are posted the Monday after the race.
Points earned at this event count toward the Year-Long 5k, 10k and Back of the Pack Series and toward the Fall Series. The event benefits the charity Nadia’s Initiative. A virtual race option is available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
