Mindy Creek Trail Races
Mindy Creek Trail Races take place in St. Croix Falls, WI, with all distances starting and finishing at the Polk County Information Center. The courses run on a mix of single track, gravel, paved trail and grass, and include rolling hills, bridges and technical sections.

The marathon follows the half-marathon loop twice and includes over 18 miles of single track. Marathon aid stations provide full aid at miles 5, 9, 13, 18 and 22, and water-only stations at miles 8 and 21. Marathon cutoff and loop start requirements apply. The half-marathon uses a lollipop-shaped course with over 9 miles of single track and has full aid at two locations plus a water-only station. The 10K is an out-and-back with about 2 miles single track, 2 miles paved trail, 1 mile gravel and 1 mile grass with a water-only aid at the turnaround.
Registration opens November 28, 2025 and closes August 25, 2026. Online entries are limited to 150 runners; once that limit is reached only race-day sign-ups will be accepted. There are no refunds and entries may not be transferred or deferred. Parking is available in the Information Center lot. All finishers receive a full color 8.5 x 11 print of the current year logo.
