Event
The Mindy Creek Trail Races are scheduled for August 29, 2026, in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. All races start and finish at the Polk County Information Center, with parking available in the Information Center lot. Registration opens November 28, 2025, and closes August 25, 2026. Registration is online only, with a total field limit of 150 runners; once that limit is reached, only race-day sign-ups will be accepted. There are no refunds, and entries may not be transferred or deferred.

- Marathon - two laps of the half-marathon course
- Half-Marathon - lollipop-shaped course
- 10K - out-and-back with mixed surfaces
The courses use a variety of trails around St. Croix Falls, including technical single track, rolling hills, bridges, gravel, paved and grass sections. The marathon includes over 18 miles of single track; the half includes over 9 miles of single track. Aid stations and cutoffs vary by distance: the marathon has full aid at miles 5, 9, 13, 18 and 22, water-only at miles 8 and 21, a 7-hour finish cutoff, and a required second-loop start time; the half has full aid at miles 5 and 9, water at mile 8, and a 5-hour finish cutoff; the 10K has a water-only aid at the turnaround and a 2-hour cutoff. Drop bags are allowed at the start/finish area only. Packet pickup is race morning only. External music is not allowed during the race; headphones are permitted. All finishers receive a full-color 8.5 x 11 print of the event logo. Awards are given to top finishers in specified categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
