Mindy Creek Trail Races
The Mindy Creek Trail Races take place on August 29, 2026 in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, and are organized by True North Adventures. All distances start and finish at the Polk County Information Center, 710 S Highway 35, with parking in the Information Center lot.

Courses use a variety of trails and surfaces, including single track, gravel, paved trail and grass, and feature technical sections, rolling hills and bridges. The marathon follows the half marathon course twice and includes over 18 miles of single track. The half marathon is a lollipop shaped course with over 9 miles of single track. The 10K is out and back with about 2 miles single track, 2 miles paved trail, 1 mile gravel and 1 mile grass.
Aid stations and services are provided on course with full aid and water only stations at specified mile points for each distance. Drop bags for the marathon are accepted at the start and finish area only. Finishers receive a full color 8.5 x 11 print of the event logo. Awards are given to top finishers in the listed categories and masters for the half marathon.
Registration opened November 28, 2025 and closed online August 25, 2026. Online registration had a 150 runner limit; once reached, only race day registration was accepted. Race day registration fees and payment options were listed, and the event has a no refunds policy and no entry transfers. Music on course is restricted to headphones.
