Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race
The Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race (MOMAR) is a challenging outdoor event held in Cumberland, British Columbia, Canada, set amidst the rugged forests and shorelines of Vancouver Island. Celebrating its 45th edition in 2025, MOMAR offers participants a test of mental and physical endurance across breathtaking terrain featuring world-class single-track mountain bike trails and ocean views. Racers can choose from three courses: the new 20K Quest, which involves paddling and trekking only, the classic 30K Sport, and the 50K Enduro, both combining paddling, trekking, and mountain biking.
