Milwaukee Marathon Weekend
The Journal Sentinel Milwaukee Marathon weekend takes place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 10 and 11, 2027. The event program includes a full marathon, a half marathon, a 5K, and a virtual option. Runners experience a course that passes lakeside views and city neighborhoods, and the weekend centers on community activity across two days.
Post-race activity is staged at Humboldt Park. The post-race area includes live music from the band shell, food trucks, and complimentary local craft beer for guests age 21 and over. The event highlights finish line photos and a post-race gathering that follows race-day finishing.
Registration includes a runner kit with a race bib, wearables, official finisher medal, and premium swag. Courses are professionally timed and managed, and finish line photos are provided. The virtual option allows participants to run remotely while receiving event swag.
