Journal Sentinel Milwaukee Marathon, Half Marathon & 5K, April 10 and 11, 2027
The Journal Sentinel Milwaukee Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K is a two day road running event in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Courses pass lakeside sections and several city neighborhoods and conclude with a post race gathering at Humboldt Park. A virtual participation option is available for those who cannot attend in person.
The event uses USATF certified courses that are Boston qualifying and the races are professionally timed and managed. The organizer reports a history of sellouts in past years.
Registered participants receive a runner kit that includes premium warm apparel, a finisher medal, and finish line photos. The event also lists race day amenities such as access to the post race party and complimentary local craft beer for participants 21 and older. Results and race coverage have appeared in a special section of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel after previous editions.
