The Journal Sentinel Milwaukee Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K take place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 10 and 11, 2027. The marathon and half marathon are scheduled for April 10 and the 5K for April 11. Distances offered:

The courses are USATF certified and meet Boston qualifying standards. The route includes lakeside views and runs through several city neighborhoods, with the finish and post race party located at Humboldt Park.

Registration includes premium race apparel, a finisher medal for every runner, finish line photos, professional timing and management, access to the post race party, and one free local craft beer for participants 21 and older. A virtual option is available; virtual participants receive swag and a finisher medal.
