YMCA Milkshake Mile - Harrisburg, PA
The YMCA Milkshake Mile Presented by PA Dairymen's Association takes place on August 22, 2026, at the Friendship YMCA in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The event has a back-to-school theme and includes backpack giveaways and family-oriented activities.
Race options include timed and untimed mile events plus a shorter distance for children. Distances offered:

- Half Pint 1/2-Mile
- Mile Run (timed)

The timed Mile Run is organized into three age-group heats for awards by chip time: ages 19 and under, ages 20 to 39, and ages 40 and up. Participants in the in-person races receive a milkshake from PA Dairymen's Association after their race. Virtual participants will receive race packets about a week after the event and may choose to walk or run outside of race day.
