Inua 5k Run and Walk - Orlando, FL
The Inua 5k Run and Walk takes place on February 28, 2026 in Blue Jacket Park by Lake Baldwin in Orlando, FL. The event is the 10th annual race to raise funds for Inua Partners in Hope, a program that supports orphaned and vulnerable youth in Kenya. Over the past nine years the event has raised more than $250,000. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes a post-race finish line celebration with music, food, and awards.

The course is a loop beginning and ending in Lower Blue Jacket Park. Runners follow park sidewalks, cross Lakemont, and use the paved trail around Lake Baldwin. Bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs are prohibited on the course; the use of headphones is discouraged. Packet pick-up is available at the Reeves Center on the Thursday and Friday before the race and at the start area on race day. All 5k and virtual participants receive a t-shirt and finisher medal; kids receive a medal and may purchase a shirt for $10 while supplies last. Awards are given to the top three overall males and females and to the top three in each age group. Teams of five or more receive a $5 per runner discount for the in-person 5k.
