Inua 5k Run and Walk
The Inua 5k Run and Walk takes place on February 28, 2026, in Baldwin Park, Orlando, FL. The event is the 10th annual race supporting Inua Partners in Hope, a program that works with orphaned and vulnerable youth in Kenya; over the past nine years the event has raised more than $250,000. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes a free kids' run.

Course and logistics
The start and finish area is near the intersection of Meeting Place and Lower Park Road, with a listed address of 4460 Lower Park Road. The course is a loop beginning and ending in Lower Blue Jacket Park; it follows sidewalks inside the park, crosses Lakemont, and uses the paved trail around Lake Baldwin. Bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, and dogs are prohibited on the course. The use of headphones is discouraged. Parking is available along Upper Park Road, Lower Park Road, and in a public lot off General Rees Avenue.
Packet pick-up is held at the Reeves Center (1506 Lake Highland Drive, Building 200, Orlando). Virtual participants can pick up shirts and medals during packet pick-up or request mail delivery for a shipping fee. A shoe collection for reuse and recycling will be available at packet pick-up and on race day.
Entry, teams, and awards
Entry fees vary by registration period; the virtual 5k has a separate fee. Teams of five or more receive a per-runner discount for the in-person 5k; virtual participants are not eligible for team discounts. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to top three in each age group. Kids' Run finishers receive a medal; kids' shirts are available for purchase.
