Event overview
Miles for Music takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Frankfort, Kentucky. The Frankfort Striders present the event in its second year. The event benefits the Frankfort Independent School cross-country teams and the Second Street School PTSA.
There are two endurance options: 6-hour and 12-hour. The 12-hour event requires completing a one-mile loop every hour for a total of 12 miles to be considered a finisher. In the 6-hour event, participants choose their starting hour and must complete six consecutive hours, completing at least a one-mile loop each hour.
