Miles For Moms 5K is scheduled for April 25, 2026, at 4705 East Paulding Drive in Dallas, Georgia. The event is hosted by Paulding Pregnancy Services and is the fifth annual edition. Paulding Pregnancy Services is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided free services to the community since 1999.

The certified course (Certification GA22034WC) begins and ends in the parking lot of Fortified Hills Baptist Church and follows a rolling loop on Old Dallas Road, Holland Road, Cook Road, and Brinkley Road. The event qualifies as an Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race qualifying race. Strollers are permitted and children in strollers do not need to register. Pets are not permitted.
Proceeds support Paulding Pregnancy Services programs such as Earn While You Learn and Car Seat Safety. Recent service totals provided at no cost to clients include 1,123 client care sessions, 340 prenatal and parenting classes, 262 ultrasounds, 33 car seats, and over 3,900 maternity and baby items distributed.
Timing and results are provided by Elite Race Timing and a photographer will take finish line photos. Overall male and female winners receive trophies and awards are given by age bracket. Medals and T shirts are distributed only at the race venue. Registrations are final. In normal rain the event continues; dangerous weather may cause cancellation without refunds.
