About the race
Miles for Migraine - Miami 2026 is the sixth annual community fundraiser held at Tropical Park, Southwest 40th Street, Miami, FL on December 12, 2026. The event raises funds for migraine and headache awareness, treatment, and research, with proceeds supporting Miles for Migraine programs and the University of Miami Headache Center for local research and fellowship training.
The event program includes the following participation options:
- 2 Mile Walk : untimed, free, no participant shirt included
- 5K Run : chip timed; participant shirt available for a separate fee
- Relax : free festival-area option for attendees who do not walk or run
- Virtual participation is available and may include mailed swag such as a participant shirt, bib, and finisher medal for an additional charge.
All in-person walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. The event features pre-event speakers and a festival area with sponsors and exhibitor booths. There are fundraising levels and awards, including top individual and team fundraising recognitions and awards for overall finishers in female, male, and nonbinary categories.
