Miles for Migraine Miami
Miles for Migraine Miami is an annual fundraising event that raises awareness and funds for people affected by migraine and headache disease. The event is hybrid, offering an in-person gathering at Tropical Park in Miami and a virtual participation option.
The live event is scheduled for December 12, 2026. The virtual event window runs December 10 to December 13, 2026. Virtual participants may complete intentional movement at their own pace and have the option to receive event swag and a finisher medal by mail for an added fee.

Proceeds from the event support local migraine and headache disease research, education for headache fellows (doctors receiving specialty training in headache medicine), and Miles for Migraine programming in Miami. The University of Miami Headache Center is listed as a beneficiary alongside Miles for Migraine. Strollers are allowed; participants using strollers are asked to start toward the back of the group and stay to the right on out and back courses to reduce congestion.
