Miles for Midwest 5K

Entry and event details
Standard registration pricing is $35 through December 31, 2025; it increases to $40 from January 1 through March 31, 2026, and to $45 from April 1 through May 8, 2026. A $5 discount is applied for registrants under 18. In-person registration is available on race morning at $45 for adults and $40 for children under 18. T-shirts can only be guaranteed to registrants who sign up by March 31, 2026. No strollers, wheelchairs, bikes, or dogs are allowed on the run due to liability restrictions. Family-oriented post-race activities are planned, including an inflatable and frozen treats, and participants may tour the Midwest Food Bank facility. All proceeds support the organization’s mission to alleviate hunger and malnutrition; the event materials state that each $1 donated enables sharing $30 worth of food locally.
