Miles 4 Madison is a community run supported by Sterling Ranch CAB at Providence Park, 8100 Piney River Avenue, Littleton, CO 80125. The event offers multiple participation options:

- Virtual 5K/1K
The event's stated goal is to provide educational and recreational opportunities for families with children with different abilities. The course and event policies accommodate a range of participants: the race is open to all capabilities, strollers are allowed, and the event is pet friendly. Race registrations completed after September 10 are not guaranteed the selected shirt size. Registration opens June 1, 2026; listed entry fees for the events are $25.
Organizers report that prior editions have funded scholarships for several Douglas County children to attend a week-long camp at Easter Seals Rocky Mountain Village and to receive hippotherapy in Douglas County. The project has also donated playground equipment to local schools and hosted sensory friendly activities in Sterling Ranch, including a sensory swim and a sensory friendly egg hunt. Miles 4 Madison is additionally working toward building inclusive parks in the Chatfield Basin.
