Run for the Home Team 5k at Waldschänke Ciders + Coffee
The Colorado Brewery Running Series® presents a community 5k at Waldschänke Ciders + Coffee in Denver on September 19, 2026. The route starts and ends at the cidery and is designed to showcase the surrounding neighborhood. This is an untimed, open-course event where participants may walk, jog, or run; roads will not be closed and participants are responsible for following traffic laws.
All registered participants receive one free local craft cider at the finish line, and a choice of a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal Brewery Running Series swag item. The event includes live music, games, merchandise sales, and opportunities to win event-related prizes. A portion of the proceeds supports local nonprofits. Registration is limited to the size of the taproom, and refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
Attendees must bring a valid ID; those under 21 receive a token for a non-alcoholic beverage. The event takes place rain or shine. There will not be a bag check. Dogs and strollers are permitted on the course with care and caution. Public parking is available and public transit may be an option; participants are encouraged to plan travel and to use responsible transportation and designated drivers when consuming alcohol.
