Miko's Place Courage in Motion 5K
Miko's Place Courage in Motion 5K is a community fundraising event at Wilson Farm Park, Tot Lot Pavilion, 500 Lee Rd., Wayne, PA 19087. Proceeds support services for survivors of domestic violence, including counseling, safe housing, advocacy, education, therapy, legal assistance and wraparound support.
The event features two distances:
- 5K Run
- 1 Mile Walk
Entry fees and registration windows are specified by the organizer. Early-bird registration before 5/15/2026 is $35; regular registration from 5/15/2026 to 6/28/2026 is $40. Walkers aged 11 and older pay $20, walkers under age 11 enter free, and a family of four rate is $50. Registered runners are guaranteed a t-shirt if size is locked by June 6; additional shirts will be available for purchase on site.
Amenities include a scenic, fully managed course, hydration and refreshment stations on course, and a finish line celebration with a DJ, bubbles, music, games, and giveaways. The event recognizes participants with the Violet Courage Award for creative violet outfits and age group awards for top finishers. Race timing and official results will be provided by Bryn Mawr Racing Co.
