Miko's Place Courage in Motion 5K
The Miko’s Place Courage in Motion event is a community gathering held at Wilson Farm Park in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The 5K race is professionally timed, with results provided for participants. Awards are presented to the top runners in various age groups. In addition to athletic performance, the event features the Violet Courage Award, which is given to the participant wearing the most creative violet-colored outfit to show support for the cause.
The event grounds include several amenities to support participants throughout the morning. Water stations are positioned along the course, and refreshments are provided. The atmosphere is supported by a live DJ and a dedicated area at the finish line with items for spectators to use while cheering. Registrants for the run are provided with a t-shirt, while walkers have the option to purchase shirts on-site.
