Mikey's Run

Mikey's Run is an inaugural event held at Burnaby Lake, Burnaby, BC, Canada, featuring a 10 km run, a 5 km walk, and a kids’ run. Organized by dedicated volunteers, the run aims to raise awareness about men's mental health, supporting the organization Heads Up Guys. The event honors Mike, a young man who battled depression and loved running on Burnaby Lake trails.
