Mikey's Run : Event overview
Mikey's Run takes place on May 31, 2026 at Burnaby Lake Regional Park in Burnaby, BC. The course follows lakeside trails and combines wide, well-groomed paths with more natural singletrack, providing a scenic route with clear signage and course marshals.

- Kids' 800m Race
- 5K Walk
- 10K Run full loop of the lake
The start and finish are located on the Burnaby Lake rugby fields. The 10K course includes a water station near the 5 km marker and visible course support to help participants stay on route. For 2026, team registration and fundraising options are available, with awards for top-fundraising corporate and community teams.
Race entries include a Mikey’s Run Asics technical t-shirt, a custom race medal, race bib, and chip-timed results. Post-run refreshments are provided. Virtual entries receive a custom medal and bib. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Mikey's Legacy Foundation to support men's mental health initiatives and related community programs.
