Obstacles listed for the event include Atlas Carry, A-Frame Cargo, Barbed Wire Crawl, Fire Jump, Inverted Wall, Bucket Carry, Hercules Hoist, Multi-Rig, Rope Climb, Sandbag Carry, Slip Wall (rolling mud), Spear Throw and various walls. Sprint finishers receive a Sprint finisher medal and finisher tee; a Trifecta medal is awarded when Sprint, Super and Beast are all completed in the same year.
