Event overview
The Mid Sussex Marathon Weekend is a three-day running event held on 2–4 May 2026 across East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill in West Sussex. The weekend comprises two 10 mile races and a 10k, with additional short-distance races in each town. Individual town races and combined series entries are offered. Distances include:

- Triple Mile (three mile events across the weekend)

The Mile is chip timed for participants aged 7 and over. The Fun Run is described as family friendly for all ages. Some events show minimum entry ages: 10 mile and full marathon entries open to those aged 17 and over, and the Burgess Hill 10k to those aged 15 and over. Entry fees vary by event; listed on-the-day fees include Marathon £80 (only available to purchase on the day at East Grinstead), 10 Mile £35, 10k £30, Mile £12 and Fun Run £7.
