The Miccosukee Glades Runner (2nd Annual Glades Runner Ultra) takes place on March 14, 2026, at the Miccosukee Indian Village in Miami, FL, next to Shark Valley at Tamiami Station. The event is presented by the Miccosukee Tribe of Florida and begins and ends at the Miccosukee Village.

Course and race features
All distances use pavement and incorporate the iconic Shark Valley loop in the Everglades. Ultramarathon participants will run along sections of Loop Road as part of the course. Each distance is supported by a combination of fully stocked aid stations and water stops, with on-course support from race monitors and tribal police.
The event includes a finisher’s medal for finishers, a race shirt, a runner goodie bag, and food at the finish area. Additional on-site activities noted for race day include a live alligator show and other family-oriented activities at the Miccosukee Village. A 15% discount is offered for active duty military, first responders, full-time students, teachers, returning "FOUNDERS" and Native American runners.
