The Miccosukee Glades Runner takes place on March 14, 2026 at the Miccosukee Indian Village in Miami, FL. The Miccosukee Tribe of Florida hosts the 2nd Annual Glades Runner Ultra. Distance options offered are:

- 50 kilometers
All distances begin and finish at the Miccosukee Village, next to the Shark Valley area of Everglades National Park.
Course and race support
All routes use paved surfaces and incorporate the Shark Valley loop. The 16.5-mile option includes the complete Shark Valley loop; ultramarathoners run sections of Loop Road. Each distance is supported by a combination of fully stocked aid stations and water stops, with on-course support from race monitors and tribal police. Finish-line items include a finisher’s medal, a race shirt, a runner goodie bag and food at the finish.
