About the race
Metro Aberdeen Dyce Half Marathon takes place in Dyce, along the Formartine and Buchan Way, starting at Pitmedden Playing Field on an out-and-back course. The event offers a half marathon plus junior races: 2 miles for ages 14–16, 800 metres for 11–13, and a fun run for under 10s. Finishing runners receive a memento, a Fierce Beer (18+) and snacks; water is available on the route.
Prizes go to top male and female finishers and to age-group winners (40–80+). All standards are welcome. Registration on the day from the Scout Hut up to 15 minutes before start.
