Mermaid Trail Run 2026
The Mermaid Trail Run takes place at Huddart Park, 1100 Kings Mountain Road, Woodside, CA, on Saturday, November 7, 2026. The event offers multiple trail distances and formats on forested routes with towering redwoods and lush trails.
Distances and formats include:
- Mermaid Dash 1 mile for ages 6 to 12
- 3 Mile
- 6 Mile
- 9 Mile
- Half Marathon
- 6 Hour Challenge individual and 2 person relay
- Virtual Run
The Sirena 6 Hour Challenge uses repeated 3 mile loops. Participants may enter as individuals or as part of a two person relay. A designated crew and drop bag area is provided near the finish chute. A special 6 hour aid station is listed and will offer foods such as pancakes, quesadillas, and melon.
Youth 19 and under receive a 20% age discount that is applied during registration. SWAG options may be customized at registration with a choice of long or short sleeve shirts; opting out of items reduces the entry fee. Example opt out amounts shown are Save $8 for no shirt, Save $3 for no medal, and Save $3 for no necklace.
Packet pickup locations are listed for Sports Basement Redwood City and at Huddart Park; a photo ID is required to collect a packet. Parking at Huddart Park is limited, there is no parking on Kings Mountain Road or along the park entrance before the ranger's hut, and a $6 park fee in cash is requested.
