Event Overview
The Mermaid Run San Francisco is an annual women's running event. The 2026 edition will be the 18th annual event and will take place on Sunday, April 12, at Crissy Field in San Francisco.
Race Distances
The event offers several race options:
- 5K: A flat course.
- 10K: A course that goes into the Presidio, passes underneath the Golden Gate Bridge, and goes by Fort Point.
- Sirena10 Mile: A course that crosses the Golden Gate Bridge.
- Virtual Run: Participants can complete any distance remotely and will have their race packets mailed to them.
- Mermaid Dash: A 1.5-mile dash for girls and boys aged 6 to 12.
Registration Details
Registration includes a race shirt, finisher medal, and necklace. Participants can opt out of these items during registration to reduce the entry fee.
