Mercier Orchards Winter Wine Run 5k
The Mercier Orchards Winter Wine Run is a 5k event on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Mercier Orchards, 8660 Blue Ridge Drive, Blue Ridge, GA 30513. The course tours the orchard area and uses a mix of roads and trails. The route is described as suitable for both walkers and runners. Event details
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton t-shirt (long sleeve available for an additional $5), a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a wine glass-shaped finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, and a pour of wine. Free race photos will be available for download after the event. The event supports the charity Nik's Wish. Age group awards are offered in 10-year categories, with top finishers receiving custom awards; age group winners must start with the first group to be eligible and awards are available for pickup only on race day. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, December 5 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Mercier Orchards, with race day pickup also available starting at 9:30 am. Minors are allowed but will not receive a wine glass or a pour of wine. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; dogs are not allowed on site in U-Pick areas due to USDA rules.
