Entry fees are listed as $35 for the 5K, $25 for the Fun Run, and free for the Tot Trot. Prices increase after December 19, 2025. Tot Trot registration ends January 1, 2026. Shirts are guaranteed for 5K and Fun Run registrants who register by December 19, 2025; shirts are not provided for the Tot Trot and late registrants are not guaranteed a shirt or size.
Course, logistics and policies
The 5K starts on crushed gravel paths of Harrison Park for nearly one mile, follows a paved loop through Ellijay of a little over one mile, then returns to complete another loop in the park and finishes through the barn. The Fun Run is one loop around Harrison Park on crushed gravel. The Tot Trot is a short dash near the finish line.
Timing will be handled by BT Race Timing; the race is not chip timed and finish cards must be submitted for results to be posted. Awards are given to overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and first place in five-year age groups. Parking at Harrison Park is limited; nearby elementary school parking is noted as an alternative. There are no refunds. Races may be delayed, postponed, or canceled in dangerous weather.
