Harrison Park Resolution Run 5K : January 3, 2026
The Harrison Park Resolution Run 5K takes place at Harrison Park, 257 McCutchen St, Ellijay, GA 30540. The event day includes a 5K run/walk, a Fun Run and a Tot Trot. Entry fees listed are $35 for the 5K, $25 for the Fun Run and free for the Tot Trot. Registration for the Tot Trot closes January 1, 2026. Shirts are guaranteed for those registered for the 5K or Fun Run by December 17, 2025; shirts are not provided for the Tot Trot.

- Fun Run (one loop of Harrison Park)
- Tot Trot (about 30 yard dash near the finish line)
The 5K course begins on crushed gravel paths in Harrison Park for nearly one mile, then continues on a paved loop through historic Ellijay for just over one mile, and finishes with another park loop that concludes by running through a barn. Timing is provided by BT Race Timing; the race will not use chip timing. Finish cards must be completed with name, age, bib number and gender and turned in at the results boards for posting and for award eligibility. Awards include overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and first place in five-year age groups.
Logistics and policies
Parking at Harrison Park is limited; parking is available at a nearby elementary school. There are no refunds. In unsafe conditions local authorities or race directors may postpone or cancel the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
