About the race
The 2025 Melbourne DEKA FIT is an exciting fitness challenge taking place at the Caroline Springs George Cross FC, a historic soccer club in Melbourne. This event features a unique 5 km course that includes ten functional training zones, designed to test participants' endurance, strength, and grit. Competitors can participate in various categories, including Age Group, Elite, and Team divisions, with opportunities for awards and prize money.
