MedStar Health Baltimore Women's Classic 5K (2026)
The 51st MedStar Health Baltimore Women's Classic 5K presented by New Balance is scheduled for Sunday, June 28, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. The event is owned and operated by Charm City Run Events and is described as the nation’s second-oldest all-women’s race. The in-person start and finish are at Power Plant Live!, 34 Market Place, Baltimore, MD 21202, and the finish area includes a post-race party and a post-race brunch option.

The in-person race offers a custom finisher medal, a race T-shirt, a rose and a cool towel at the finish, a snack spread and beverages at the post-race party, and a complimentary alcoholic beverage for participants 21+ at the finish area. Cash prizes are listed for the top three women overall and for masters categories ($500, $250, $150 and $150 amounts for masters categories as noted). Age-group awards are given for multiple age brackets. A bib mailing option is available for in-person participants until June 7; virtual participants receive mailed packets at no additional charge. Packet pickup is scheduled at multiple Charm City Run store locations in Bel Air, Annapolis, Fells Point, Columbia, and Timonium in the week before the race, plus on-site pickup at Power Plant Live! The course has a 1.5 hour time limit. Bikes, pets, roller skates, scooters and other wheeled devices are prohibited on the course, except jogging strollers.
