Meandering Turkey

Meandering Turkey is a 5.5 mile road and trail event held at Klaus Park in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The course includes paved sections and single track with hills and roots. The event is organized by Missouri Running Company and the field is limited to 100 participants because of trail and parking constraints.

Distances:

• 5.5 Miler
• Kids Fun Run (~1.5 miles) for ages 12 and under, free, no tee, no awards, weather dependent; parents are encouraged to run with their children.

All participants receive a Missouri Running Performance Tech shirt. Overall male and female winners receive a $100 MoRunCo gift certificate, and awards are given to the top three finishers in each age division. Age divisions are 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 plus; divisions may be split into five year groups if more than eight entrants register in a division.

There is no race day registration and the event notes a no refunds, no transfers policy. Food and beverages are provided after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
