Course and logistics

The course is a flat loop on a paved route around Arena Park and carries course certification number MO19003DG. Packets are available at the 4 H building in Arena Park. One fully stocked aid station will provide sports drink, water, pretzels, bananas, potato chips, cookies, and boiled potatoes. A pre-race briefing is scheduled before each event and a post-race meal and entertainment follow the events.

Competition and awards

Divisions include Individual Male and Female Open, Masters, Senior, Grand Master, and a Wheelchair/Disability division. Plaques are awarded to division winners. The 12-hour events are combined into a single division. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
