Event overview
Resolution Run takes place on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The event offers road race distances of:

- 10K
A 1-mile fun run for children is also planned; no registration is required for the fun run and finishers receive a ribbon. The event benefits myTeam Triumph. Course maps for both the 5K and the 10K are provided as downloadable PDFs.
Awards are given for Overall Female and Overall Male, and in 10-year age groups: 0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Location, registration and packet pickup
The race location is 410 Kiwanis Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701. Online registration closes in late December 2025; on-site registration is available during packet pickup. A sweatshirt is guaranteed to participants who register by December 16, 2025.

- December 31 at Missouri Running Company, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (on-site fees apply)
- January 1 at the 4-H building in Arena Park, 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM (on-site fees apply)
