This meet is part of the club's low-key race series and the youth running series. Youth runs do not use timing chips; all youth participants must be registered by a parent or guardian prior to the event. The relay uses sign-up sheets located near the registration area.
MCRRC members may participate without a race fee but must have a 2026 bib and timing chip; older chips may be exchanged and a deposit is required for replacement chips. Nonmembers pay a registration fee of $22 for participants 18 and older and $11.60 for participants under 18; these prices include processing fees. Online registration is available before the event, and bib and chip pickup occurs on race morning near the start area with volunteer support.
Volunteers staff the event. Nonmembers who cannot attend may request that their registration be moved to another low-key club event; monetary refunds are not provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
