McNotagain Fall Trail Runs - Pekin, Illinois
The McNotagain Fall Trail Runs took place on October 25, 2025, at Mcnaughton Park in Pekin, Illinois. The event offers multiple trail race distances on a looped course that is run in the reverse direction from the spring layout.
Race distances for 2025 included:
- 50 miles

- 10 miles
- 3.5 miles (approx)
The course follows the full 10 mile loop in reverse, providing a different line and sightlines compared with the spring races. Each loop includes two creek crossings and about 1300 feet of elevation gain. A uniform time limit of 13 hours applied to all races.
Race apparel and awards were planned as follows: short sleeve shirts for the 3.5 mile and 10 mile races, long sleeve shirts for the 30 mile and 50 mile events, and finishers medals for all finishers. Overall awards for male and female finishers were listed, and organizers noted they were working on a special finishers item for 50 mile finishers.
