Annual 5K Walk/Run for Scholarships
The Monroe Community College Foundation’s Annual 5K Walk/Run for Scholarships is a community event that raises scholarship support for MCC students. The event uses a certified 5K course and includes on-site activities, awards, and other fundraising opportunities designed to support student aid.
The 20th edition of the event raised more than $20,000 net for scholarships. The foundation acknowledged corporate sponsors, including Bond Schoeneck & King PLLC and NBT Bank, and credited campus partners, staff, volunteers, and planning committee members for their roles in running the event. Race results have been posted through an external race-results provider.
