Maui 5K - Wailuku, March 7, 2027
The Maui 5K is a community running event held in Wailuku, Hawaii. The event offers multiple participation options and supports Maui County schools; 100% of the proceeds are donated back to the school each participant designates during registration.
Distances available:
- 5K (timed and untimed options)
- 1 Mile (untimed)
The program includes youth categories for the 5K and 1 Mile (17 years and under), a stroller category, and a virtual option for the 5K or 1 Mile. Participants who choose the untimed 5K are not eligible for age group awards; race day entries for the 5K are untimed.
An awards program will present 132 awards across multiple age-group divisions, with categories spanning young children through older adults.
The event is organized under the Run For Fitness mission to promote health and fitness for Hawaii’s children by providing funds to schools for youth sports and recreation equipment.
