Participants may choose to be timed or untimed. Participants who elect to be untimed are not eligible for age group awards. Race day entries for the 5K will be untimed only. The 5K course includes a turnaround point and a visible parking area along the course.

The event is organized by Run For Fitness. The run and 1 Mile run/walk benefit Maui County schools. One hundred percent of proceeds will be donated back to the school designated by each participant during online registration.
