The Mason FOREVER Foundation hosts the 5th annual Mason Forever 5K Run/Walk on June 11, 2026 at Marilyn Toohey Park in Lewiston, New York. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2020 in memory of a student and supports youth sports and students pursuing degrees in medical, health, and fitness fields. The foundation awards scholarships to students in those fields.
The 5K course is USATF certified. There is a staffed water station at the midpoint of the course, and bottled water plus light food and snacks are provided at the finish area. Professional RFID timing and finish line services are used, with real time results available through the event timing platform and event results pages.
Registration remains open until race day or until the event sells out. Participants who register by May 15, 2026 are guaranteed an event shirt in their requested size; a limited supply of extra shirts will be available thereafter on a first come basis. Adult registration is listed at $30 and student registration (18 and under) at $20 through race day. A mail in registration option is available; paper applications must be received by June 8, 2026.
The event offers $800 in cash awards for top overall male and female finishers and age group medals across standard 5K age categories. Free parking is available in the Village of Lewiston.
