Mary's Meals 5K Run/Walk For Hope
This event includes a 5K Run/Walk, a 1 Mile Walk and a Kids Dash held at The Sound at Cypress Waters in Coppell, Texas (3111 Olympus Blvd). The event benefits Marys Meals, a charity that provides daily school meals to children; the stated registration fee of $25.20 is used to feed a child for an entire school year.

All courses are on paved trails entirely within the Cypress Waters development adjacent to North Lake. The trails are described as flat and scenic. The 5K uses chip timing and requires the race bib with the disposable chip to be worn in the front for results. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are not timed. Participants receive an event shirt, a commemorative finisher medal at the finish line, and post-race refreshments. Awards for the 5K include overall and masters placements with additional age group awards. Digital award certificates for the 5K are issued after the event for top finishers in the listed age categories: 10 & under, 11–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+.
Packet pick up is available prior to the event at a local venue and at the event area on race day. Free parking is available at The Sound at Cypress Waters in nearby garages, surface lots, and retail spaces. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
