Marsworth 10k Fun Run
The Marsworth 10k Fun Run takes place on May 10, 2026 in Marsworth, Tring (Church Ln, HP23 4LU). The event offers a single distance of 10 km and lists an entry fee of £15. Entry proceeds go towards the maintenance and restoration of Marsworth All Saints Church, a Grade 2 listed building dating from the 12th century that serves local community needs.
The course is fully marked and marshalled. Runners follow a scenic route that includes a canal path where participants are asked to keep to single file unless overtaking to allow room for other pedestrians. There are water stations at 4 km and 7 km. Participants should take care when crossing roads; marshals will assist at crossings and particular caution is advised at the B489. Competitors are asked to stay on the pavement on Tringford Road.
Event logistics include bag storage at the church and race number collection in the churchyard before the run; safety pins are provided. After the run, tea and cakes are offered to participants. Parking for the event is on Lower End, Marsworth (HP23 4NB). Watery Lane is closed to village access for this event and should not be used for entry.
