About the race
Marriott's Way Marathon and Half Marathon, organized by Boghopper Races, takes place on Marriott’s Way, with the marathon starting in Norwich and the half at Whitwell. The course is a traffic-free, easy-to-follow trail suitable for runners and walkers, with generous time allowances. Distances are approximate, as the course is not UKA measured.
The event is capped at 400 participants and runs under Trail Runners Association and UK Athletics rules (Permit 7214). Highlights include a unique finisher medal, on-route water and snacks, first aid, and post-race hot drinks and snacks in Aylsham.
