Marlow Triathlon, Higginson Park, 19th July 2026
The Marlow Triathlon takes place at Higginson Park on 19th July 2026 and is organised by RunThrough. The event returns following an inaugural edition earlier this summer. It supports Macmillan Cancer Support; Macmillan has spent more than 100 years helping people living with cancer.
Participants choose from three distance options and use the River Thames for the swim. The bike course goes through rolling hills and the run passes riverside views.
- Half Iron: Swim 1.9 km, Bike 86 km, Run 20 km
- Olympic: Swim 1.5 km, Bike 38 km, Run 10 km
- Sprint: Swim 750 m, Bike 23 km, Run 5 km
Entry benefits listed for the event include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results and post race goodies. The event features marshals to guide participants and an event village with food and drink options, including free items from partners.
