Event overview
The Marlow Triathlon takes place on Sunday 19 July 2026 at Higginson Park, High St, Marlow SL7 1AW. The event is organised by RunThrough and returns to Higginson Park after an inaugural event earlier in the summer. The swim takes place in the River Thames and the bike and run use local roads and riverside sections.
Race distances
- Sprint Triathlon: Swim 750 m, Bike 23 km (Elevation 176 m), Run 5 km (Elevation 17 m)
- Olympic Triathlon: Swim 1.5 km, Bike 38 km (Elevation 333 m), Run 10 km (Elevation 34 m)
- Half Iron Triathlon: Swim 1.9 km, Bike 86 km (Elevation 806 m), Run 20 km (Elevation 68 m)
- Half Iron Triathlon Relay: same distances as Half Iron
Entry and price
Entry fees listed for each race are: Sprint £70, Olympic £90, Half Iron £150, Half Iron Relay £150.
Facilities and included items
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, and post-race goodies. The event provides marshals on course and an event village with food and drink options.
