Event Overview
The Marlow Triathlon takes place on Sunday, 19th July 2026 at Higginson Park in Marlow. The event is organized by RunThrough UK.
Race Distances
The event offers four race formats:
- Sprint Triathlon: A 750m swim, a 23km bike ride, and a 5km run.
- Olympic Triathlon: A 1.5km swim, a 38km bike ride, and a 10km run.
- Half Iron Triathlon: A 1.9km swim, an 86km bike ride, and a 20km run.

Course Details
All races begin with a swim in the River Thames. The bike course goes through rolling hills in the surrounding area. The run course follows the riverside, offering scenic views.
