Marlow Triathlon at Higginson Park, 19 July 2026
The Marlow Triathlon takes place at Higginson Park and offers three distance options with open-water swimming in the River Thames, a bike section with notable elevation, and a riverside run.
- Half Iron: 1.9km swim, 93km bike (806m), 20km run (68m)
- Olympic: 1.5km swim, 43km bike (333m), 10km run (34m)
- Sprint: 750m swim, 23km bike (176m), 5km run (17m)
The event lists Macmillan Cancer Support as its triathlon partner. Macmillan has spent more than 100 years helping people living with cancer and provides information and support from diagnosis onwards.
Entry benefits include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post race goodies. Marshals will guide competitors around the course and an event village will offer food and drink options, with free partner goodies reported at the finish area.
The organiser reports that sustainability has become an increasing priority for participants and that research has informed event planning.
