Market Harborough Carnival 10k
The Market Harborough Carnival 10K is an annual summer road race held in Market Harborough, starting and finishing at the Carnival Showground. The flat 10-kilometre course takes runners through the town centre, alongside the Grand Union Canal, and past local landmarks like the Old Grammar School, all amid the lively atmosphere of the town’s summer carnival. The event features closed roads, spectator support, water stations, distance markers, toilets, and baggage storage.
After the race, participants enjoy free access to carnival stalls, music, and entertainment. The race has a 90-minute cut-off and is not suitable for wheelchair users. Entry is limited and typically sells out in advance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
