Event overview
The Market Harborough Carnival Run takes place in Market Harborough, Leicestershire on 6 June 2026. The race starts and finishes in the Carnival Showground in the town centre and runs through town roads and nearby canal paths. After the races, finishers receive a medal that provides access to afternoon and evening carnival stalls, events and music.

The course is a road route with a flat profile and a single lap. The 10 km route leaves the town centre, follows the Grand Union Canal path, returns past local landmarks and finishes in the Showground. The 10 km race has a 90 minute cut-off. The course is not suitable for wheelchair users. Entry on the day is not available.
Facilities and entry
Race HQ is at the Race Tent, Symington Recreation Ground, Market Harborough, LE16 7DS. Facilities include water stations, distance markers, toilets and a baggage store. There are no changing facilities or showers. Entry opens 26 December 2025. Entry fees are £25.00 for the 10 km and £23.00 for the 6 km. The event has an entry limit of 600 places.
