Marine Corps Marathon 2026 - Sarcoma Foundation of America Team
The Sarcoma Foundation of America is a partner of the 2026 Marine Corps Marathon and will field a race team in Arlington, Virginia on October 25, 2026. The event is a full marathon covering 26.2 Miles and includes a course that passes several national landmarks while being supported by members of the United States Marine Corps.
Runners who join the SFA marathon team receive a package of team benefits that includes guaranteed entry to the 2026 Marine Corps Marathon, a custom MCM marathon shirt, a personal fundraising page, dedicated staff support for fundraising, and complimentary registration. All team runners must commit to a minimum personal fundraising goal of $1,500. Funds raised by the SFA marathon team support sarcoma research and related programs. To date, SFA marathon runners have raised nearly $100,000, and the organization aims to raise an additional $20,000 through the 2026 Marine Corps Marathon to continue funding research for sarcoma patients and their families.
