The Marco Island Half Marathon and 5K takes place on Sunday, March 1, 2026, in Marco Island, FL (1839 San Marco Road, 34145). This is the 15th running of the event. Distances offered:

- 5K
The half marathon course runs around Marco Island and crosses Goodland Bridge. The event is chip timed and includes a finish line video, post-race celebration, race shirts, unique medals for all finishers, and age group awards. Due to safety, strollers and dogs are not permitted on the course. The half marathon has a minimum registration age of 13 and a 3 hour course time limit.
Logistics
The event benefits Marco Island schools (Tommie Barfield, MICMS, MIA, and Lely), Our Daily Bread, and the Gulf Coast Runners Youth Development Fund. Price structure listed by the organizer (examples):
- Half Marathon: $55 until 1/18/2026; higher fees thereafter.
- 5K: $30 until 1/18/2026; higher fees thereafter.
Packet pick up is scheduled for Saturday, February 28 at Tenney Law Offices (1770 San Marco Rd.), with a race day pick up location in front of Physicians' Regional (1839 San Marco Rd.).
