Marble Falls Triathlon - July 26, 2026
The 23rd Annual Marble Falls Triathlon takes place in Marble Falls, Texas at 108 Buena Vista Drive. The course uses Lake Marble Falls for open-water swims, roads through the town and surrounding farm and ranch areas for the bike segment, and a lakeside neighborhood for the run. The venue is described as scenic with rolling hills and waterways.
Distances offered
- Intermediate: 1 km swim, 16 mile bike, 4.4 mile run
- Sprint: 500 m swim, 12 mile bike, 2.2 mile run
The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. The swim will use a time-trial start with bibs assigned by estimated open-water swim times. Water temperature is typically in the 80 to 84 degree range and wetsuits are not legal for award eligibility under the stated rules. Participants without a USAT membership must purchase a 1-day membership at registration.
Equipment and safety rules require a bicycle in good working condition and a mandatory bicycle helmet with chin strap; e-bikes and skate helmets are not permitted. Registration requires participants to be at least 13 years old. No race day registrations are allowed.
Packet pick up is scheduled in advance at three listed locations in the days before the event; race day packet pick up is available for an additional fee. No refunds are offered; transfers or bib sales are handled through the registration site for a fee. Awards include overall and age group places plus relay prizes.
