Holiday Victory Lap and Star of Texas
This event at Pace Bend Park in Spicewood, Texas, offers multiple looped running races on a paved 1.64 mile loop. The marathon course is USATF certified (code TX25015LAB) and serves as a Boston Marathon qualifier. The paved course has moderate climbs and gentle descents and provides frequent access to a personal aid station at the start/finish area.

The Speedyard uses a shrinking-clock elimination format. Each round consists of two loops, and runners must complete each round inside the allotted window to continue. Rounds require progressively faster paces; clearing seven rounds earns a spot for one final loop where the fastest time decides the title. A full Speedyard reaches 15 loops (24.6 miles). Personal pacers are not permitted in the Speedyard.
Personal pacers are allowed for the marathon and ultramarathon under event rules. Registered pacers receive park entry and an official pacer bib, must sign the event waiver, may not physically assist runners, and may carry nutrition for their runner.
