Marble City 5K - Event overview
Marble City Running stages a community race on June 21, 2026, in Knoxville, Tennessee, with the course centered on John Tarleton Park and Sutherland Avenue. The event includes a 5K and a Kids Mile.

The 5K course exits south from John Tarleton Park, turns right onto Sutherland Avenue and proceeds west for about 1.5 miles. Runners then turn right into the Dead End BBQ parking lot and follow the front lot perimeter counterclockwise to the lot exit onto Sutherland Avenue. The route continues left (east) on Sutherland Avenue for about 1.5 miles, then turns left (north) onto the park entrance road and finishes about 0.1 miles later. The course will be supported by the Knoxville Police Department for traffic control and road closures.
Packet pick-up is available on race morning at a location to be determined. Parking will be at Field #2 at John Tarleton Park. Prizes are awarded to the top male and top female overall, with small prizes for top finishers in age groups 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Raffle prizes are offered for runners and spectators during race check-in. The first 100 registrations receive custom Marble City socks; orders placed in the week before the event are not guaranteed a giveaway item. Sponsors include Fas' Movement and community partners.
