Fireball Classic 5K and Kid's Mile : Knoxville, TN
The Fireball Classic includes a 5K and a Kid's Mile held on Neyland Drive near the UT Visitors Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event lists The Casual Pint - Northshore as the title sponsor and is part of the 2026 Team Competition schedule.
Course information: runners begin in the riverside lane of Neyland Drive near the UT Visitors Center, proceed to a turnaround at the Lake Loudoun Boulevard traffic light, and return to merge near Jacob Drive before the finish. The Kid's Mile follows the same route as an out-and-back of roughly half a mile each way. The 5K course has a time limit of one hour and 15 minutes.

Registration details and fees are tiered by date. Early bird pricing for the 5K is $30 through December 31; subsequent price increases occur on set dates up to a day-of fee. Kid's Mile pricing is $10 through December 31 and increases thereafter. Registration policies note no refunds or bib transfers and that only children may register for the Kid's Mile while parents may accompany small children.
Participant items and services: adult shirts will be a unisex cotton muscle tee; kids receive a shirt and a finisher's medal. Shirt orders are placed in early June and size exchanges depend on available inventory. Post-race refreshments will be available in the event tent.
