US Road Running - Knoxville
The Eagle 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon is a local race event held at Holston River Park in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event utilizes an out-and-back course layout starting near Shelter #1. Participants can choose between three distinct distances:
- 5K: Conducted as two loops of the out-and-back course.
- 10K: Conducted as four loops of the out-and-back course.
- Half Marathon: Conducted as six loops of the out-and-back course.
Registration is required in advance through RunSignup, as there is no on-site registration available on the day of the event. Packet pickup is conducted at the event location starting 30 minutes before the race begins. All participants who complete their respective distances receive a finisher medal.
The event includes a best costume award, although wearing a costume is not a requirement for participation. A group photo is typically taken at the beginning of the event. There is a total course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes for all distances.
