The event is a multi-distance road running event held at Holston River Park in Knoxville, TN, 3300 Holston Hills Road, 37914. Distances offered include:

Courses for the 5K and 10K are out-and-back routes. The 5K repeats the out-and-back course twice and the 10K repeats it four times. The half marathon uses a separate out-and-back course repeated six times. The starting line is located near Shelter #1 in the park.
Registration is handled online through RunSignup and there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is available on race day and closes shortly before the race. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
