Marazion Triathlon: The Kernowman
The Marazion Triathlon takes place on Marazion Beach in Mount's Bay with St Michael's Mount as a visible backdrop. The event features multiple race distances including a Middle Distance 70.3 and shorter options, and it is organised by IntoTRI.
The swim is held in the typically calm waters in front of the mount. The bike uses quiet west Cornwall country lanes described as Cornish flat, with the 70.3 and Aquabike routes run over two loops. The run is a fast and flat section along the Marazion seafront path. Wetsuits are mandatory, shortie or full body.

- Kernowman 70.3: 1900m swim, 90km bike, 21.1km run
- Olympic: 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run
- Super Sprint: 400m swim, 10k bike, 2.5k run
- Kernowman Aquabike: 1900m swim, 90km bike
A middle distance Aquabike option is available for athletes who prefer not to run. Junior events take place in the afternoon on the same day. All competitors receive a medal on completion. Parking is limited at Folly Fields car park with an overflow car park about 100m away with capacity for 700 cars; both car parks operate pay and display.
