Event information
The third annual Marathons For Mental Health 5k/10k Race takes place on May 24, 2026, at Gibbons Park on Grosvenor Street in London, Ontario. The event offers two course distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
The event supports the #IVEGOTYOURBACK911 campaign, which donates to organizations across Canada focused on first responder mental health. Sixty percent of registration fees are designated for that campaign and forty percent are allocated to improve the race day experience. The event is scheduled to run rain or shine.
Race logistics and services
The course uses an asphalt path along the Thames Valley Parkway. The TVP will remain open to the public; participants are asked to keep to the right unless passing. Official chip timing is provided by Chiptime Results. Water is available at the start/finish area and at the 2.5 km mark. Restroom facilities will be accessible at Gibbons Park. Limited parking is available in park lots; nearby street parking is subject to City of London regulations and any infractions are the responsibility of the parker. Bib pickup is offered race day from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Prizes are planned for the top three overall finishers. Registration fees are tiered and listed separately for the 5k and 10k events.
