Overview
Maple Madness: Mud, Sweat, & Syrup takes place on March 28, 2026 in Warren Center, PA at 3249 Montrose Turnpike. The event offers two distances:
- 5K
- 10K
Both races start and finish at the Dewy Meadows Maple Farm sap house. Registration for each event is listed at $44 and closes on March 27, 2026. Packet pick up begins on race day near the start area.
Course, prizes, and on-site services
Both courses run on trails and mixed surfaces that include short dirt road sections, climbs, single track, field crossings, and logging roads. There is no aid station on course; runners must carry their own hydration and fueling and carry out any trash. Maple syrup shots are available on both courses.
All finishers receive a small souvenir glass bottle of maple syrup. Finish-line food for finishers includes pancakes, syrup, sausage, and coffee. After the race there are sap house tours and a bonfire. Dewy Meadows Maple Farm will offer maple syrup and other products for sale.
Prizes: male and female winners of the 10K receive a jug of syrup and a steak from the farm; male and female winners of the 5K receive a jug of syrup. Overall winners have their names permanently marked on the event Cow Skull. Course records receive an additional premium. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
