Mansfield 5K Run & Walk : event details
The Mansfield 5K Run & Walk takes place in Mansfield, Illinois on August 22, 2026. The event starts in front of Blue Ridge Junior High School on McKinley Street and follows a 3.1 mile route that is mostly flat with a few minor uphill and downhill stretches. Proceeds benefit the Mansfield Homecoming celebration.
This event is open to all ages and does not allow pets. The race is chip timed and will provide instant and online results. Awards for male and female categories will be announced after the race.
Registration information is specified in advance. Registration opens January 12, 2026 at 09:00 and closes May 1, 2026 at 00:59. The registration fee is $25.00. The fee includes one t shirt per registrant in offered youth and adult sizes. To receive a shirt as part of registration, entries must be completed by 11:59pm on Sunday, August 9, 2026. Registrations after that deadline may check for extra shirts after the 5K on race day.
