Lucky Dog 5K, Champaign

The Lucky Dog 5K takes place on March 14, 2026, at Heritage Park in Champaign, Illinois. The event offers multiple participation options that welcome dogs but do not require them.

Lucky Dog 5K Run/Walk

Each registration includes a race shirt and a finisher medal. Select registration options allow one dog to join with a festive bandana and a pop-up water bowl; additional dogs may be added for a fee of $10 each. Participants who register without dogs can enter at a reduced registration fee that still includes a race shirt and finisher medal.

Prizes are awarded for Best Dressed Small, Medium, and Large Dog, and for Best Overall Human and Dog Duo.
